The country’s finest institution for music, arts & discourse, the Elevate Festival, will be taking place October 21-26, 2009 in Graz, Austria. This years highlights include artists such as Omar S, Seefeel, Martyn, Cluster and Bass Clef as well as a Hyperdub showcase, including almost the complete label-roster!
